One of the things I’ve found with hoodia is that for many people it will have a major impact on their appetite, but for some they say hoodia doesn’t work for them.

There are some explanations:

  • The brand of hoodia you’re using doesn’t contain enough hoodia to have an affect
  • You’re not taking enough hoodia
  • Your diet is made up of mostly carbs. If this is the case try eating more protein, this will help control your hunger better
  • Maybe hoodia has no effect on you. Everyone is a different, and it’s possible that hoodia don’t work for you

You could also try using a liquid hoodia such as hoodithin if you want something that works faster then hoodia pills
