In April of 2005 the ban on ephedra was lifted, and many diet pill makers ushed to get ephedra products on the market. Ephedra is a powerful weight loss supplement that comes with many dangerous side effects including heart attacks.

As of August 18, 2006 the ban on ephedra was reinstated by the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver stopping all sales of ephedra.

I’m glad to see that ephedra will no longer be sold because it’s a dangerous supplement that has many deaths realated to it use.
